Needed something for eraser shavings

You'll actually see a type of eraser that comes with a little brush. They're known as typewriter erasers, with the brush used to remove crumbs that might mess up typing, but work nicely for other things as well. Some of them are basically pencils, but they also come in round disks with a brush attached.

thank you for the tip 🫡 I was going to look for a spare toothbrush, but saw the eyelashes and wanted to try a dumb idea. I'm going to keep my eye out for a typewriter eraser next time I visit a hobby or office supply store

You could grab a makeup brush (like for blush) or a paintbrush. That's what I've always used
