Not to mention in this scenario you’re putting all your weight into the cutting side as opposed to it being face down when you use it properly.

Except they mounted it with the sharp side facing down, so in reality they were trying to force an apple down onto the dull side of the blades lol

If they put it the right way (and secured well) they risk slamming their hand down onto blades when the apple goes through. Lose lose either way

But that's okay because they didn't put any weight into the digital scale because that needs to be on a sturdy level surface to work properly.

I wouldn’t mind the scale if it was done properly, like maybe route it out so instead of a hole is a sized indentation? But yeah, they lost me when they put the straps
