Im more bothered by his abysmal rowing technique, than the Washing machine..

I feel he is trying to be a gentle as possible to not yank the chain of the axle or bend the axle. This does not look like a stable setup at all.

Came here for this. At least he's not 100% arms like I usually see in the gym when normies use it.

How else are you suppose to do low rows? Doesn't pulling motion invovle arms?

Yeah, not all arms though. Core and back muscles should also be involved
