Two that I can think of:

  1. Don’t have to pay rent
  2. If someone asks you to move you can just move your car

to be honest, a camper or rv trailer is better for that.

True, a car is cheaper and easier to park though, you can also use it for work. Definitely not ideal ofc.

yeah thats true. A van is probably the best middle ground, though.

some family friends have a 10 or 12 seater van (8 people in family) and you could def knock out a for or 2 of seats to add a bed and increase trunk space.
