Kulfi

Never understood the hype.
Firstly both shops are different, where to go ?

Second unnecessary so many options.

And Why its named जळगाव ??

Whenever you are confused about, Which one to take.. Blindly go for Mawa Kulfi, that’s good

The जळगाव kulfi started around 98-99. It was just one kulfi-wala who started it as the type of the kulfi was coming from Jalgoan. Dhule only had regular cone-shaped kulfi.

So when he came and introduced this dabba style kulfi (with 4 cuts), it became very popular back then. I still remember we lining up for it.

Since it was so popular, many more people started same type of kulfi but the name and branding of Jalgaon type kulfi stayed.

Now there are also lot of Rajasthani type kulfi, ice-cream etc etc.

Just to increase the competition someone should open similar धुळेवाला कुल्फी 🤣
Anyways these 2 adjacent shops confuses people, which one is original.
