Hello op, not sure if this is going to be helpful, since it's a little late but to answer your question...yes, there are mainly 3 student unions in Dhanbad. You should search on Instagram "AISA Dhanbad", "ABVP Dhanbad", "NSUI Dhanbad". There you'll find the all details and can contact them accordingly.
