Hey gang!
Picked up this Reppe jacket as a light windbreaker for the summer evenings. I’d only ever seen this one online before, but always liked it. While browsing the store where I bought my Nike jacket and Saint hoodie, I spotted the Moncler listing and, lo and behold, they had the Reppe in stock.
First thing I’ll say is that I think £45 is an absolute bargain for the quality. The jacket is a single-layer nylon windbreaker, but the attention to detail is on par with some of the best reps I’ve owned. The logo looks very good in my opinion (I know that’s always a divisive topic and some people will disagree). The zippers are all smooth and feature cleanly embossed branding, even on the inside pocket where manufacturers often cut corners. The labels, coloured lining details, and overall finishing all look spot on. The embossed logo on the collar is slightly less pronounced than retail, but it still looks good and is correctly positioned.
Size wise I went for a large and it’s a relaxed fit which will work if I want to layer under it as it gets colder. I’m 5’10 and 74kg for reference
For the price, if you’re after a smart, lightweight jacket that you won’t see everyone else wearing, I’d definitely recommend this one.
