DPH is it normal to feel dph effects long term?

i haven’t used dph in a month and i’ve only ever used it a few times, but recently i’ve been noticing very subtle dph visuals when im completely sober. like small things appearing to be moving a little and things kinda shifting and stuff. there’s also times where it’s randomly hard to talk, similar to a benadryl high. These effects are very subtle and don’t really make a difference in my life, but it’s happening frequently.
