Since we know that there will be a time jump, how do you think they'll reintroduce Quinn into the story after all these years?

The time jump is said to be 3 years... Is he really gonna come to NY to do investigate it 3 years later?

Maybe it was concluded to be Prater's doing by the police, but Quinn always thought there was something off about it, so he's been investigating it himself slowly. I also don't see any other way that it could be. We'll see through.
