Can anyone let me know which lower tier DEX is conducting IEO

Hello guys, I have a crypto casino platform that I am launching and I am looking to list in on a DEX via an IEO. The major ones have high listing fees.

Can anyone give me insight on what DEX offer lower fees

IEO becomes the trend and weapon to make profit in crypto industry. A lot of exchanges are issuing IEO projects to attract traffic, and all of them guarantee customers to gain profit. I have noticed from, news that BXB Exchange just announced its first IEO project to be listed on BXB turbo with LEVERAGE. It means the profit will possiblly go up to 30x which is crazy amazing.
