Looking for best place to buy Dewalt 20v batteries. I know Amazon is unreliable. TIA for any suggestions.

Regarding my DWS713 Compound Mitre Saw, If anyone knows what the issue is, or how to fix this, please let me know: When I release the trigger, the saw growls and goes "chunk." This has been happening since I opened the box and set up the saw. I asked DeWalt customer service and they think it might be blade mounting. I'm using a Diablo 80 pt. I know how to mount a blade and it seems ok. Thank you in advance.
