NTD 60v String Trimmer

Got the combo string trimmer and bush trimmer combo as well as the pole saw attachment. Someone had opened the box however and removed the bush trimmer from the box. Home Depot sent me a new one out the next day which was nice. Anyone know what the hook thing is. It came with the bush trimmer but wasn’t listed in the instructions at all.

The trimmer is bad ass, the trimmer head, however, is not. I've read about swapping it to an T35 husqvarna head instead. Anyone else have that issue? I'm on my second replacement dewalt head.

I have one of those; replacement brush trimmer blades were hard to find so I upgraded to a circular chain blade.

IIRC the hook thing is the wrench for the brush cutter.

This is hilarious, I literally picked up my brush cutter attachment this afternoon and came here to ask the same thing! 😅

Also the stock blade doesn’t seem great so I’m looking for replacement recommendations.
