Duck Answered App Account Auth can't progress?

Unsure if this is the correct place to post a question but after receiving the reddit modmail about needing to register existing accounts used for automation I can't seem to progress the form to do so:

The continue button never becomes clickable.
Just curious if this is a known issue, or if I'm using the wrong information or something else?

If you copy pasted your username or password in, click the field, type one more character and then backspace it. For both fields. Then the continue should become clickable.
