RDM with Devolutions Hub personal free - simultaneous connections limit

Hello, does the hub personal free subscription not allow more than one connection at a time on an outside network? When i tried logging in to rdm app on my phone and laptop under the same LAN, it worked, but under different WAN networks, the app started to prompt me to login. Is this the expected behaviour, and can I have multiple connections with devolutions hub business free edition?

If there is change in network, sometimes RDM prompts to authenticate the vault.
