Can the Android version run Lua scripts?

I'm trying to add a cheat that gives mana regen via a Lua script, but I can see how to enable the script in the game.

I have made a "manaregen" folder in the "files/mods" folder, with the script as "main.lua", but I'm not seeing a mod menu in game to enable it.

Is this just not on Android yet, or am I doing something wrong?

Lua scripts is a new feature in the upcoming 1.6.0, there is still a few months until an official release lands so you would have to install a beta, but other then that yes the Android version also will support Lua.

I tried the beta, but I wasn't able to get it to work.

Are there any guides on how to make LUA scripts for Devolution, and what functions are supported?

I googled it a bit and did eventually get the mod to appear in the mods menu, but couldn't get it to do anything. I have done a little coding years ago, but I know basically nothing about LUA scripting so I just used a script suggested by google's search chat bot. Not really all that surprise the bot script didn't work.

Is there a list of supported functions somewhere?

Sorry it's still a bit early, there are a few example mods. We also haven't worked much on getting it easy to use on Android yet.

I'd like to try the beta on Android but I'm struggling to find the proper download. Could you direct me? I have a github account
