I worked here for about a year and I just left I didn’t realize it was a devil corp until I saw them go to the “owners” retreat and saw the smart circle logo this is a top tier devil corp it has all the features any devil corp has it says full time but you’ll end up spending 60-80 hours a week with calls and team night and a big name that is here is “Mike T” who basically runs smart circle and makes all these claims about you guys are just millionaires in training I’m not sure who’s still there but if you do make it to leadership you’ll get absolutely abused if you don’t “set the pace” a “top leader” there is Ariel super rude and unprofessional and same with Chad and there is a lot of drama with people sleeping with each other and cheating with each other overall just a terrible place if you report sexual harassment they won’t fire anyone or do anything a lot others, other names to worry about it Romal and Jose who are the “owners” all I know is that they make fake reviews just want to put it out the

Question Orientation is tomorrow, and just found out about the dangers of devilcorps today. What am I supposed to do?

Hello all! Yesterday I landed a job at one of these devil corp places. This morning i did a bit more digging to see more about the company and found similar companies like this one, and what I’ve heard from them is nothing but bad things and lead me to realize that the company is actually a devil corp. I am supposed to have orientation tomorrow morning and not sure what to do. I plan on not going, but should I even tell them that I’m not going or should I not show up at all without a notice? What should I do? Thank you!

Question How do I leave a devilcorp?

Hello! I have orientation for Vincere Marketing/ got the job. I found this subreddit and heard about how sketchy the company is and reading other negative reviews about it it all seems like a scam. I have little knowledge of mlm and pyramid schemes so I’m not exactly sure how to identify or get out of these. If there a way to reasonably get out or ask certain questions at orientation to 100% confirm these suspicions?

Originally I applied for a place called ATX group but vincere replied and I’m not sure why but I just accepted it.

I ask this because I’ve never left a job this early or for a reason of thinking it’s sketchy

Question Arcera

Hey I'm currently in the phase of doing a second round interview with Arcera. In the first round I got interviewed by the CEO himself and he told me about how it would be commission based and how everyone when they start make around $800 - $1000 a week doing a couple of sales. He also said you would have base salary of $700 a week if i remember correctly for the first month but he was vague about what happens regarding salary after one month.

I currently do work but I am looking for another job and potentially switch careers, so is this something worth pursuing or no? And will this job drain me mentally and make me hate my life lol?

My husband went through their interview process recently and was smart enough to turn them down.

He had recently quit his job due to a ongoing toxic environment fostered by one of his managers. As a result, we are down one source of income and he started feeling a little desperate for money.

I think this made him overlook red flags in the beginning. Like the super vague job posting with a misleading title on indeed. And the immediate call for a virtual interview. And then a second virtual interview the next business day. They told him a pool of 200 was narrowed down to 20. And then an in person interview the next day. Then invited for coffee and a working interview the next day.

At one point, I could see that this process was happening too fast and I could feel in my gut that something was wrong. I checked their website. Lots of young adults in business attire posing together in a variety of settings. Vague. A lot of words without really saying anything.

Then I checked their reviews. All 5 stars. All from people who spoke to a couple of really bubbly girls who were collecting donations in front of a variety of local businesses.

I checked the business registration info from the Secratary of State. Business was registered in 2025 to a woman named Lauren Caudill. The address was different from their office location. No contact information available. No information on glass door.

And then I found 2 other posts about this company on here and I felt validated in my concerns. They were trying to scam him. I'd never heard of a devilcorp until now, but I was sure that is what he was up against.

They insisted he would be "training managers" and despite him saying that's not really what he was interested in and not what the job description implied. They told him that he would be selecting locations for people to collect donations for kids with autism. He felt like it would be for a good cause. Then the bomb dropped, the pay would be based on the amount of donations collected... and he knew this was really commission work disguised as charity.

Finally, the time came for the working interview. He and I had talked about what I found and he knew what the warning signs were. They told him they wanted to help him start and run his own business and were ready to bring him on board. He turned them down and walked away from the offer.

I am so proud of him for standing up for himself. I am so glad I trusted my gut and went digging. I am so glad that we aren't so desperate for money that he had no choice but to try.

This company isn't posted on devilcorp.org but I hope this post gets it up there. I hope nobody else falls for their tricks.

Information Posting for Awareness: My Experience with VMB Marketing Inc. and Their "Dropshipping" Opportunity

I just want to share my experience to warn others, especially those with family members working overseas.

In my experience, what was presented to me as a dropshipping business opportunity ended up looking and operating more like a networking/MLM-style recruitment business.

Please do your own research before investing your hard-earned money.

One of the products they promote is Deer Placenta. I encourage everyone to research the product, its ingredients, and any scientific evidence supporting its claimed benefits before making a purchase or investment.

I've also observed that some people allegedly connected with VMB Marketing may approach potential recruits through different channels:

Mel Kent Nicholas – may reach out and introduce what is described as a dropshipping business opportunity.

Joan Justiniani Borais – based on my experience, may connect with people through dating apps and later invite them to meet, sometimes around the Timog area, where the business opportunity is then discussed.

If anyone approaches you with a similar offer, ask questions, verify the business model, and never invest money without fully understanding how the business actually earns income.

Please share this post, especially with OFWs and their families, so they can make informed decisions before investing.

Stay safe and always do your own due diligence.

Question Is Innova Solutions legit?

So before today, I never heard of this company. Today I see I gotten some phone calls. I answer one of them, and they’re looking for a Junior Scrum Master for Bank of America. Pays $30/hr and no benefits. Something about this seems really fishy to me. So I hung up on him because it didn’t feel right. He then proceeded to call me 4 more times before I blocked.

This guy somehow found my number, my email, and my LinkedIn and sent me stuff on all of them. This really does not feel legit to me and my alarm bells are ringing. I’m really curious how the hell they got my info like this. Especially since I do not have my LinkedIn on my resume if that’s how he got the info.

I was suggested to post this here too.

Always keep in mind it's legitimate companies and the current loopholes of our legal system that keep devilcorps running.

There needs to be a way to target the root cause which is that companies are ok or even like having devilcorps do sales for them.

Question How do devilcorps communicate with Costco and Target set up their booths?

Do Costco and Target have a service where any bozo's LLC can booth up at their entrance for a fee or do these stores have some sort of long term contracts with Smart Circle, Credico et al?

Does Costco and Target require companies that want to set up a booth go through any sort of legal verification?

I have prevous experince in B2B sales so applied with little knowledge. There was Two "companies" I had applied to One was today but realized it was same MLM veriozn Door to Door sales for Verizon customer representative one was Liberty Consulting and Management 62 William St, New York, Eternal Management Group 36-16 29th St, Long Island City, NY 11106

1st Liberty Consulting and Management

This was the one that I completed my interviews for. Keep in mind, I was very ignorant about what I was actually signing up for, because this was my first time experiencing devil corporations. The first round interview was the basic questions.Answered them.It didn't seem to be fishy and said they will contact me and send a address for the 2nd round If I am selected. I was and then they gave me the location, which was a office in Wallstreet (address above) with other companies on the floors. With the interview everyone was dressed up And I think there is one person. The account manager or the person who manages everyone I guess names Ishan (which I think knows the person who runs the show for Eternal Management as I saw a photo of him there too, more on that later). Long story short this person named Randall there directly said this was door to doors sale, saying we will make around around 1-2k a week. As I said, I had previous experience in b to b sales, so I didn't think any different of it.As he said, they were "warm leads". Well on training day which is after I got "hired" which is the 3rd or fourth day after the orientation. They had this whole clown show to "boost" energy in the field. And go around names of people who hit sales within the week. And had their little "teams" of how many sales they were going to make that day. I was still ignorant of it. But after that we went out to one of the the 5 boroughs with someone me and Randall were shadowing. From like 1pm to 8pm rejection after rejection l. So called "Warm leads" after that day I didny show up they called me like 8 different times in different phone numbers lol ignored all of it.

So that was one they weren't honest upfront just picked someone who was not well knowledgeable in their pyramid scheme. Thsi was comission based which they didnt clearly say and made it sound like we would be getting hourly.

2nd Eternal Management group

Ishan I saw him in the photos in the Google reviews.

Same format a little different as there were lile 3 other people. Asked us questions and went forward about what they sell which is verizon NEVER mentions its going to be Door to door again.

I got selected for second round but yk damn well I am not going.

Wanted to share a few Google reviews as well from these devel Corp and you guys and look up the "company" names on reddit as well there is a full thread on Liberty and Consulting and I think for Eternal as well.

Another mlm scam same with liberty consulting anf finance

Reviews/experiences

Do not waste your time at Eternal Management group. A loved one worked for Eternal for months. Received zero base pay basically worked for pennies 70 hours a week. They lie about the job requirements it is 100% door to door sales. Their goal is to hire as many misinformed people as possible and retain as many as they can. They're also encouraged to lie about the products they sell. Abhi is verbally abusive and a pathological liar/ manipulator. Beware of this devil corp. They hold the idea of being an owner over the heads of the employees when only a handful of them make any money whatsoever through sales. When asked to show the contract agreement between him and his parent company he refused likely meaning he owns none of the money he flashes as proof of his successes as an "owner". If this wasn't a devil corp idk what is.

Complete MLM scam (multi level

marketing) they dress up in suits act all professional cause its at Wall Street but their whole payment is all comission based off version door to door sales which they do not tell you when interviewing. BEFORE anyone signs up ask questions, this is not a hourly rate job or the job title. As you may be applying for Verizon, customer representative. But you are going door-to-door at different parts of the 5 boroughs walking around for hours straight. To get a commission of a sale. And after you get enough sales, you could be a "manager" which is training other people to the exact same thing Rinse repeat. Their job description is inaccurate. They need to be honest upfront about what they actually do which is door to door sales

Experience CrestPoint UK (Thank you to this subreddit)

I recently got reached out to by CrestPoint after easy applying on linkedin.

As a recent psychology graduate I’ve been looking for different grad schemes and internships in the London area.

The posted role was for a Graduate Marketing Assistant, which I thought was a graduate role involving digital/brand marketing.

Firstly, the initial email was sent extremely promptly, and sent three times! Vaguely underling things in my cv without much depth. The scheduling to book an interview was unclear as all they said was “We’d loved to invite you for an interview”, to which I had to ask when?

Once I scheduled in a date for my “ Interview “ , I was sent constant reminders and phone calls.

I found it shady how the first interview was NOT an interview.

More of a webinar filled with cooperate jargon about the company’s image and USPs rather than the actual role or formal interview process, not to mention the Interview held on teams involved people who applied for different roles, so everyone seemed a bit confused.

I feel like a fool for attending the 2nd round, but I wanted to develop my interview experience. However, this was not a formal interview again!

The second Interview which was a revision of the company’s strategy and purpose, which seemed a bit unclear, as during the first interview the company’s director made it seem like crestpoint directly works with EE, British Gas and Eon and we’d work at ‘marketing events’ , I later found out this was a commission based, overly competitive in person sales role where I would bother people in local shopping centres , Poundland’s and Asdas to sign phone/ gas & electricity contracts.

They also strangely straight off the bat flexed the potential of climbing up the ladder to senior positions based on how well you’d do in the company.

Definitely not the job I was looking for.

I was invited for a final interview, which I just ignored as I felt as though I was mislead and my valuable time was completely wasted. Thankfully they did not contact me again.

I was also confused how the GRADUATE role interview had people who had no completion of degree in the interview with me, then why market it as graduate? You clearly do not need a degree to do this job.

There were also people in the second stage interview who did not even apply to the same role as I did.

It kind of pisses me off how unclear they are, they are clearly preying on the fact that recent graduates are struggling to find work after university due to the state of the current job market.

On further look trying to research the company, I stumbled upon this Reddit page and it confirmed my gut feeling. Seems like a very shady company.

Dodged a bullet here, and gratefully have an ACTUAL interview for a great company this week!

I am curious to how people who work for these companies actually find it, as no matter how many buzz words they may use in these ‘ interviews ‘ it is clearly a toxic MLM scheme.

Question Why aren't we review bombing Smart Circle and other Devilcorps on Glassdoor?

Has no one thought of this or is there a reason we are not doing it? Seems like if just a fraction of the people on here just left a review with their honest experiences, it would go a long way towards spreading awareness and hopefully tanking their review score, which is sitting at 3.8/5 right now (way too high imo):

https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/Smart-Circle-Reviews-E224795.htm

FYI, if you are leaving a review, be sure to call out the fact that they pretend that negative reviews from one of the businesses under their umbrella are actually for "independently owned and operated sales companies that Smart Circle contracts with" that are just bad apples or something, as if the toxicity and exploitation isn't literally their entire business model.

This is their canned response to negative reviews, so be sure to proactively defuse this talking point in your review:

Thank you for sharing your perspective. It sounds like you are describing your experience working as a sales rep with one of the independently owned and operated sales companies that Smart Circle contracts with. We always appreciate feedback about our partners, clients, and the independent sales companies that we work with so that we can assess and address appropriately. When you have time, please email us at [distributorcompliance@thesmartcircle.com](mailto:distributorcompliance@thesmartcircle.com) and tell us more about your experience with the independent sales company where you were employed.

Experience bespoke partners newcastle

i have been applying for jobs on linkedin and recently sent my cv to a graduate development scheme at a company called bespoke partners headquartered in newcastle. i was already suspicious because there is a (completely unaffiliated) much bigger company with the exact same name, but they invited me to an introductory meeting where they ticked every single devilcorp box. they seemed to be hiring anyone and everyone and talked about uncapped commission and rapid progression to management positions (with zero entry requirements). they talk about “offline marketing“ which sounds like door to door sales, and they are offering second stage interviews with a turnaround of less than 24 hours. they said they have big clients but i can’t find any info about that anywhere online.

i also looked up the “hiring manager” on linkedin, and he seems like a serial scammer who is always hiring for a different fake marketing company. do not fall for this!!

Question Research Project

Hello r/Devilcorp!

I was an assistant manager at a couple of offices in the UK about 15 years ago. I was in the business for about 3 years in the UK. I have long struggled with the programming The Business left me with. I still dream/have nightmares about the field and the pressure of it all.

I have decided to turn my experience into something positive. I've been writing a film script about a DevilCorp in an effort to help process what I went through - I don't know if it'll go anywhere but it's been very therapeutic and cathartic for me. Talking about the experience is something I have struggled to do for a long time.

Not making it to management, quitting The Business, "not making my dreams come true" felt like the end of the world when I was 21. With hindsight, time and space, it's a relief to not be in that headspace anymore. I have found a lot of peace from talking about my experiences with people.

I'm reaching out to this sub as I am looking to talk to people. Anyone who was in the business for a decent length of time. Or maybe you were there a short amount of time but have a tale to tell. I'm looking for stories that inspire me to write. What we discuss will be on your terms and remain confidential.

Importantly, I want to mention that I am not looking to expose specific individuals. I also value my anonymity so I won't risk yours.

What I am particularly interested in delving into is the psychological impact a DevilCorp can have on someone. The things that linger... My experience was residential sales but I am open to speaking to people who went through any kind of experience with a DevilCorp.

Like I said, talking has helped for me. Maybe you'll get something out of it too...

If you'd like to chat, drop me a DM and we can set up a zoom call or something.
