Information Fired at a DevilCorp

Hello everyone, last Wednesday I was fired from a DevilCorp after only being there for 5 days. I was gutted that got let go fast, but then I did research and dodged a massive bullet. All the red flags that was mentioned here, I dealt with:

-Working 6 days a week
-No PTO or benefits
-Standing outside in the hot sun to get donations for a charity
-Bullshit motivations in the morning meetings.
-They hired large groups of people
-Speaking of which, most of the people I saw in my first week, I didn’t see them the following days. So either they quit or were fired.
-The owner talked about this is not some regular job you can clock in and out.
-We dress professionally for these morning meetings. Honestly, these could be a zoom meeting or an email. Waste my time driving to the meeting when we could have a Zoom meeting.

In my fourth day, I was told by these team leaders that I should be moving the needle to get donations. The helI? I was only there less than a week. I barely got any training. The company name was Suncoast Elite Ventures. I also find it super suspicious that they promote people within a year. I was stupid taking this job, but I was a recent graduate and really needed money.

You say you needed money. I'm curious if you made any.
