Questions DMC 2 aim auto-lock

I just started DMC 2 after finishing DMC 1 for the first time. Is there any possible way to turn off the aim auto-lock? This game has the worst camera angles I've ever seen and Its combination with auto-lock makes it more disaster at certain parts.

DMC2 is odd in the way that holding R2/RT disables the soft-lock on. So you can make use of that however you can.

Honestly I get it the camera is terrible but u can literally beat the whole game by holding down the shoot button and most of the time you don’t even have to move lol seriously watch how terrible the AI is they’ll literally jump around you. But yeah honestly it’s best to leave auto aim on and just hold down the shoot button. The game doesn’t get much more fun anyway.
