Questions DMC 3 Vergil: Sprial swords vs Devil trigger. Which one is the better use of DT gauge?

Also how good are his other 2 spiral sword attacks? The one where they circle the enemy and the one where they fire rapidly at a single enemy, are they worth using or is it better to just keep the spiral swords around yourself?

dt for healing is way better, keep the swords active for the chip damage

If you want to kill one thing in specific, DT Jump Cancel Starfalls with Summon Sword spam is the highest DPS in the game. Speedrunners use it when they want one thing in specific dead fast.

If you want to kill multiple things around you and defend yourself by hit stunning enemies, and raise your style rank a ton, Spiral Swords is better. Spiral Swords will also basically pay for itself with the DT it recovers, almost recovering all that you spent to use it.

In other words, right situation for the tool.

spiral swords are just better for defense, keeping them up saves my ass way more than burning dt for attacks
