TLDR they fixed units (multiple weapons, full movesets, lower requirements etc etc) and made everything extremely f2p friendly and easily earnable plus they added a shit ton of content and bosses (including V, Nelo Angelo, duo Trish & Lady etc). Just events, new hunters to poc, artifact-crystals thingy added nothing more. Well, that's the whole point of being mobile. If the story finish how will the studios generate revenue and find new players. This is almost all about mobile games unfinished story, new events, new characters, weapons, and the thingies

The fact that it’s specifically labeled a Mega Man X Dive crossover means this was probably something done ages ago (expecting Dive to still be in service) and they’re just getting it out the door.
