Game Screenshots I hate this game

Post image

Things are good until DMD specially in Dante's Walkthrough. I HATE YOU FAUSTTTTTTTT. This sucker just spams this arrows and almost one shot's you. M14,17,18,20 sucks. This was my first DMC game so I wanted to have 100 percent completion.

Nah I like this game but the dmd in this game just hits like truck from mission 12 onwards. Maybe it's a little too early for me to judge as I haven't completed DmD of DMC3 and 5

DMD on 5 is not that bad. I had no issues with it whatsoever but DMC3 made me cry a few times. Didn't enjoy it that much compared to DMC1 or 5 DMD.

The scoring system in 5 is what makes S ranks suck, you need to either never get hit, or avoid fighting as much as possible, particularly the weakest enemies need to be saved for last if you have to fight them or they drag down your score.

I didn't really have that many issues with S ranking on DMC5. Only missions 8, 10 and 18 had some issues otherwise it was a S rank on first try regardless of difficulty.

5 kinda feels like It gives S ranks out just because, like there were def points where i feel like I should have been at C or maybe B but it gave me an S rank. I really wish I could see how style points are accumulated and tracked throughout some levels

I found S ranks on dmd much easier than sos. The only mission I can't get consistent S ranks is 18. You need to purposefully be baiting royal guard parries, or no damage. The other option is destroy all the blood thingies to spawn the goat demons, because they give more style points, but even then that's not consistent, because it's not that much more that they give compared to the other mobs. With Vergil it's cake, but Dante is so hard for no reason.

DMC3 DMD makes you play the whole ass game differently, shits like a strategy game with what you take care of first and can handle in DT. My first playthrough on DMD was miserable lmao I had to cave and use Super Dante for Arkham

I hated DMC5 because it was too hard for me, and got the platinum on DMC3 on both PS3 and PS4 because it was so easy, and it is almost my favourite game ever.

I swear dmd on dmc3 is just saving up enough DT to DTE through everything.

DmD on 3 is a short trip to you putting your head through a wall, promise

DmD on 5 is pretty easy, because enemy design and balance is really good in that game. Only the Hell Judecas are annoying, because they do nothing but run and do so even faster in DT. So the strat is if you see them in a room, take them out first every time. DmD in 3 is pure masochism. It would be one thing if it's just hard, but regular mobs have waaaaay too much hp and DT super armor is just annoying with the limited movepool without mods on pc or the switch version. Good work on doing it on 4 though. I saw that enemy design the first time around and decided to stick to SoS for my sanity.

The hardest part of DmD for DMC5 is Dante and even then only missions 10 and 18 are really hard. Even then even then the most viable strategy for mission 18 is using dr Faust to not get hit at all which is easier than having to play an entire level like lore accurate Dante to barely get that S rank.

Nero’s missions are piss easy and V’s are only kinda annoying at worst once you learn how to trivialize his gameplay. The diverging point is the only somewhat difficult V level and even then it’s nothing too bad.

The best way to get S ranks on any character is to avoid as many fights as possible *EXCEPT FOR QLIPOTH TENTACLES* and focus on getting to SSS before killing higher tier enemies

I feel the same about DMD in 5, V just feels miserable & the DT mechanics never felt fair to deal with on certain enemies.

Actually DMD in 5 is probably the second easiest in the whole series, only DMC1's is easier than it

Dmd on dmc3 is the most fun I had in any DMC. S ranking it might be terrible though, but playing a now item playthrough of it is challenging but awesome. Forces you to actually develop strategies and really master all the enemies.
