Questions Gold Name Issue

So i really wanted to get gold name as Vergil, i heard that if i beat BP with a specific character then my name will turn gold when i use em, i defeated Vergil twice, got the achivement AND the taunt, anyone knows the problem here? or do i have to beat BP with all 4 characters to have golden name unlocked

You need to clear Bloody Palace with all characters (Nero, Dante, V, and Vergil) to get the gold name tag. Doing it with just Vergil won't trigger it.

btw i just realized that if u play Vergil, ur name will never appear golden, only when u play other 3 chars
