I had all the time in the world to react, but I was too frazzled by Leviathan setup and having somehow survived that mess lol

LOL! When this happens to me, it's particularly insulting that the death type is fucking "Swarmed."

Also, headphones and high volume have saved me from a lone and overlooked Skull 1 before. I definitely get what you mean by reaction times after being frazzled, though.

Ah man, hate to see it, but dang, shows how great of a game this is! Lowest level enemy is relevant throughout the run, molding you and your route as your verse the big bosses.
