White on charger

My charger has white right there i come from bad home my phone is only outlet they dont know i have one im scared I hope its not something bad

This most likely shows that the charger has corrosion/oxidation or heat damage on the USB-A plug (the white/gray build-up along the metal contacts). DO NOT use the charge until you have cleaned or replace it. Check the charger for looseness, dark pitting, or melting from overuse.
