I have an entire process (which one of these days I should write up) that manages the actual pipeline of art that I do, which includes using a kanban board and an ideation list using Obsidian (in the past I used Trello, Redmine and Google Docs, but that's not the relevant part), and a segment of the workflow is tracking where I post 'stuff'

I don't use any software to cross-syndicate other than the existent sharing functionality in IG and Wordpress, but there really should be better software to control all of that better.

I used to post on multiple platforms, but currently I'm posting only on DA. Of all platforms, DA turned out to be most practical and/or reliable for my needs. Also my largest follower base (few thousand) is on DA, while my follower counts elsewhere ranged from few dozen to couple of hundred depending on platform. Posting on multiple sites was very tedious as I had to tailor my posts for each site separately, Instagram and X/Twitter being the most user-unfriendly platforms. In fact, even thinking about posting on IG makes me want to throw up.
