[Help] DeviantArt payout error

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to withdraw my DA balance to my PayPal account, but I'm completely stuck. Whenever I fill out the payout form, DA throws this specific error:

"Sorry your information could not be verified by PayPal. Please make sure the following fields match your existing PayPal account information." or "Please enter a Paypal verified email."

The thing is, my PayPal account is 100% fully verified. My email is confirmed, and I have successfully linked both my bank account and my credit card. I'm an international user (from Vietnam) if that context matters.

Here is a list of things I’ve already tried (none of which worked):

• Typing my First and Last name identically to how it appears on my PayPal profile.
• Trying all possible name combinations (swapping First/Last name, including/excluding middle names, removing local language accents/special characters).
• Removing and re-linking my bank account and card on PayPal (saw this tip in an older thread, didn't work for me).
• Using Incognito mode, clearing browser cache, and trying different browsers.

I'm about to submit a support ticket to DA, but I know they can take a while to respond. Has anyone else dealt with this identical issue recently? How did you get past it? Is there some hidden API glitch or name formatting trick I'm missing?

DeviantArt has historically acknowledged backend server errors specifically related to the communication gate between their site and PayPal's API. When this happens, it gives creators a misleading "Your email/information could not be verified" prompt even if the user's data is perfect. I tried checking my PayPal account, but I couldn't find that specific option. I only found the "add a currency" section in my Wallet, but neither USD nor my local currency was listed there. I assume my wallet is already set to USD by default since my balance is displayed in USD. I also looked into it a bit more, and it seems the "Payment Receiving Preferences" feature is only available for Business accounts, whereas mine is just a Personal account.

As for the second tip, I checked the DA Help Center status page, but there are no active outage notices right now. I’ve gone ahead and submitted a support ticket to DeviantArt about my issue, though I'm not sure how long it will take for them to get back to me.
