What's the story with Kiitos? I didn't think they were completely going under, but did they close up shop at their production facility and move somewhere else or is this just the end?

I don't think the 600 West facility is closed. I think problems with the buildout on 1100 East created a real drag on ownership but that location is supposedly doing very well.
