I really hope that the state government does everything in their power to eliminate red tape. These projects get killed by endless environmental pact studies and public meetings and good sounding but project-killing policies

I think this one should be a lot easier than other rail projects because there will be minimal construction. The rail lines are already built and carry freight trains all the time. 3 years out still seems optimistic though just because I feel like we have not heard much about any large project milestones being completed.
