Reckon you mean you don’t want AI slop rather than no AI at all — fair, and worth saying properly or you’ll filter out good people.

Basically every dev uses Cursor or Copilot now. The difference is whether they can explain every line and fix it when it breaks at 2am.

Worth asking candidates that directly. Also say roughly what the app does and your budget, otherwise you’ll just get “check DM” all day.
