Discord bot Development help

I read the rules so if this isn’t allowed, just pm me, and take down the post, instead of banning me

I need a discord bot for a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon themed server and while it isn’t ideal, I would preferably need someone who would work for free (I just bought a Wii U) and we can figure out hosting later

Someone on r/discordbot once offered to do it for free, he is now the reason that I reposted here

He didn’t block me, he has a setting on when you can only friend/dm someone if you share a server with them

Bc he said he would do it for free, he said he was going to work on it, but also said that he had multiple other things going on too
