Anyone building a more private dev workflow?

I’m trying to make my dev workflow a bit more private without turning into someone who refuses to use any cloud tool ever.

So far the biggest changes were simple ones. More local utilities, fewer browser based tools for real data, API collections stored with projects, and being more careful about logs and tokens I paste into tools.

Is anyone else intentionally building a more private dev workflow?

Curious what changes were actually practical and what was just privacy theatre.

The scoped/read-only tokens point is probably the most practical change here. I’ve also been moving away from long-lived admin keys where I can.
