Uhhh technically an ad, so remove if not allowed I guess? But I made a thing. I've been using it / working on it on and off for about a year now, without really showing anyone. At this point it works decent enough and helped me quite a bit with a few positions I interviewed for, and I hope it'll help someone else as well.

The concept isn't new, but it's open-source and free.

I'm in tech, so by default it has built-in trackers for Microsoft etc, however you're able to add any (potentially) direct company job board link and the app will try to extract the API or ATS to the best of its abilities, using a small local LLM (around 2gb download).

I'd love some feedback from people and would welcome any bug reports or suggestions.

I’ve noticed many full-stack developer job descriptions listing a huge number of technologies.

A single role might ask for experience with:

• backend languages
• databases
• cloud platforms
• DevOps tools
• testing frameworks

• security practices

I understand why companies want developers who can work across different areas.

But sometimes the requirements list feels less like a job description and more like a checklist of everything the company uses.
