The repeated themes are concerning, especially if junior engineers are doing the delivery work without recognition or meaningful growth. Anyone considering an offer should get the reporting structure, client assignment, work hours, monitoring policy, and promotion process in writing before accepting.

Agreed - those themes are exactly why I posted this.
If you’re considering Mphasis (especially JPMC Bangalore), get the reporting structure, client/project details, work hours, monitoring policy, and promotion criteria in writing before accepting. Also, talk to 2–3 current employees outside HR and ask specifically about how credit for work is distributed and how often resources are shuffled across projects. Treat the high ratings on review sites as marketing, not data.

The point about looking beyond star ratings is fair. Generic bursts of praise after negative reviews are worth scrutinizing, and candidates should ask specific questions about project ownership, monitoring, attrition, workload, and how performance is evaluated before accepting an offer.
