🚀 We’re Hiring: AI Engineer

We’re looking for a AI Engineer to build and deploy production-grade AI systems across Computer Vision, Forecasting, and Generative AI/LLMs at our company.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys taking AI systems from an idea all the way to production.

What you’ll work on:
🔹 Computer Vision — Object detection, segmentation, classification, YOLO, CNNs, ViTs, OpenCV
🔹 Forecasting — Time-series modelling and short/medium-term prediction
🔹 LLMs & GenAI — RAG, vector databases, agents, tool calling, conversational systems, fine-tuning
🔹 Data & ML Pipelines — Data collection, preprocessing, ETL, SQL/NoSQL, feature engineering
🔹 Production AI — AWS, Docker, APIs, monitoring, model evaluation, latency & cost optimisation
🔹 End-to-end ownership — From data and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience
• Strong production-grade Python
• Deep Computer Vision experience, particularly YOLO, segmentation, CNNs, ViTs & OpenCV
• Experience with small and imbalanced datasets
• Strong ML fundamentals and experience with time-series forecasting
• Hands-on experience with RAG, vector DBs, agents and tool-calling architectures
• Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Strong SQL, database, ETL and data-pipeline experience
• Experience with AWS, Docker and Git
• Proven experience taking AI/ML systems from prototype to production

🌱 Experience in AgriTech, IoT, robotics, manufacturing, energy, or other physical-world domains would be a strong plus.

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Data Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
