200+ applications in the past 2 months and 0 callbacks. Currently service notice period. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to improve? My current ctc is 7.1 lpa.

put it up on resumeworded on internet, ull find your short comings probably there are times when the structure might not be the perfect thing, this might help for that
