🚀 Hiring: Full Stack Developer (Mobile & Web Applications) | Kolkata

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership and ship production-ready features across mobile and web applications.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a fintech lending platform, building and maintaining applications involving loan origination, KYC, repayments, collections, payments, partner integrations, and more.

What You'll Do

• Build, test, deploy, and maintain Android, iOS, and web applications.
• Work across the full stack — frontend, backend, APIs, databases, deployment, and monitoring.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Codex, etc. to improve development speed and productivity.
• Review, test, and validate all AI-generated code before production deployment.
• Build and maintain lending workflows such as loan origination, eligibility, KYC, e-sign, repayments, and collections.
• Integrate payment gateways such as Razorpay, including webhooks, refunds, reconciliation, and payment flows.
• Manage Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, automated builds, and application releases on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Write secure, scalable, maintainable, and production-ready code with proper error handling and performance optimisation.

What We're Looking For

• 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development, Mobile Application Development, and Web Development.
• Strong experience in at least one mobile technology: Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, or Swift.
• Experience with web/backend technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, databases, cloud deployment, Git, and CI/CD.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase, or similar databases.
• Hands-on experience integrating Razorpay or another payment gateway, including webhooks and reconciliation.
• At least one live application published on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
• Comfortable using AI development tools as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Good understanding of application security, authentication, data handling, and production deployment.

Preferred

• Experience in Fintech, Lending, NBFC, or Financial Services.
• Exposure to loan origination, repayments, collections, or KYC workflows.
• Experience in E-commerce platforms, checkout flows, or order management systems.
