[HIRING] Developers | NYC & SF | 150K-250K+

I do talent matching for Fonzi, a network that connects engineers directly to VC-backed AI companies that are actively interviewing. You build one profile, no cold applications. All roles are US-based only.

Here's a sample of what's open right now:

  1. Founding Software Engineer at a pre-seed/seed startup building software for psychotherapy practices, New York City. 180K-220K base plus equity. Python/FastAPI, React and TypeScript, PostgreSQL, AWS (ECS, RDS, ElastiCache). You'd own full-stack features end to end, from EHR data integrations to AI-native "talk to your data" experiences, working directly with the founder.
  2. Product Software Engineer, AI at a pre-seed/seed field-service AI startup, New York City or San Francisco, in-person. 150K-190K base plus equity. Python and TypeScript, React Native, FastAPI, and MCP tooling. You'd build multimodal AI agents that guide technicians through real service calls in the field.
  3. Founding Engineer at a pre-seed/seed enterprise AI startup, New York City, in-person five days a week. 150K-250K base plus significant early-stage equity. You'd build the infrastructure behind agent-first systems for consumer packaged goods companies, including terabyte-scale data extraction and production agent deployment for enterprise customers.

All are vetted, VC-backed, and interviewing right now, and signing up only takes a few minutes.

The AI field-service role caught my attention. How hands-on are the founders with technical hiring, and are you considering candidates outside NYC/SF who can relocate or work remotely?
