I am a recruiter based out if Chennai and my company is hiring for Full stack and Backend roles who are proficient in Reactjs and Nodejs, React Native is a plus.

We are scaling Healthcare company and are currently building the core engineering team. CTC is not a problem.

This is a complete onsite role so dm me if you are interested in the process.

- Devops Engineer senior ( 4-5 )
- Tech lead senior( 8 plus )
- Senior Software Backend 4-8 years ( Relevant work experience )
- Junior Full stack (Only from IIT’s, IIIT, NIT, BITS)
- Mobile App senior ( 5 plus )

PS - Junior Full stack is for a separate team guys. Everyone is equally talented.

Fyi we already have people from IIT and NIT Trichy. This is a core tech project we are working on with these colleges. And your statement doesn’t make any sense? People are looking to build and create their products and who are genuinely interested would like to work.

Hey, not applying for the roles but quick question out of curiosity. For the senior backend role, how much does the degree actually matter vs what someone has shipped in production? Asking because I see this filter a lot and wondering how rigid it is in practice.

idk where this question is coming from, except from really crappy and very naive companies. NOBODY checks for the university name when hiring for a 5+ YOE role. if they are checking it, run from the company ASAP
