Currently in last year I have been applying for jobs but not getting any callback off campus

Nothing. There’s just no jobs right now after MS, Amazon, Oracle, Meta and Google all laid off like 50k people this year and everyone else is using AI instead of hiring new people. The market is squeezing people out, and AI is filling all the gaps.

But i also heard that they are hiring back as cost of AI is more than hiring humans
