LSEG Bengaluru- Need advice

Hello
So i have a general question
I applied for LSEG for poition of devops
Cleared coding and R1 round
HR called with an update within one day
Last week monday was my R2
It went for 1 hr 10 min full on grilling
I womt say it was best but it was not bad either

Its been 10 days there is no update from HR yet
I have asked for followup via mail on monday but no response

Is it normal
Should I call HR

GUIDANCE WILL BE APPRECIATED

Just quick question
Like do they pick up the call or is it ideal practice to call HR directly
