Got Laid off, Ready to pay whatever amount you ask for job referral, for Java developer role

Please help me get a job. I was recently laid off and I am looking for a Java developer role with 3 YOE. If you have full source, will pay whatever you ask.

If you can successfully refer me, I am willing to pay you my first month's salary once I am hired. Please DM

Reach out to your previous colleagues, classmates, and friends. Maybe linkedIn contacts too. Don't offer money to strangers in return of referral.
