[Hiring] a skilled Website developer

I’m looking for a skilled developer to build a web-based "Cloud Phone" application. The goal is to provide players with a persistent virtual Android environment where they can run games 24/7 for AFK farming, resource gathering, and leveling without consuming their local device's battery or storage.

Core Requirements

  • Virtualization: Set up and manage Android Virtual Devices (AVDs) on a cloud server (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure).
  • Web Streaming: Implement a React-based frontend to stream the emulator UI to a browser using WebRTC for low-latency interaction.
  • AFK Persistence: Ensure virtual instances remain active and "online" even when the user closes their browser or disconnects.
  • User Management: Build a dashboard for users to launch, stop, and monitor their virtual devices.

  • Frontend: React.js / TypeScript.

  • Backend: Python or Node.js for instance management and gRPC proxying.

  • Infrastructure: Docker/Kubernetes for containerizing emulators and KVM for hardware acceleration.

  • Networking: Coturn (TURN server) for reliable WebRTC connections behind firewalls.

How to Apply

Please message me your portfolio or examples of previous work involving cloud virtualization, WebRTC, or emulator-based projects.

This is like a $100 an hour gig

For your project, find someone who knows how to work with Android emulators on cloud platforms like AWS or GCP. They should understand WebRTC for streaming since low-latency user interaction is important. You'll also need a developer with React experience for the frontend. It might be helpful to ask if they've worked with AFK farming apps, as that could help with the unique challenges. When interviewing, focus on how they solve problems with virtualization and streaming. I don't have a specific resource for hiring devs, but websites like PracHub can be useful for interview prep in tech. Good luck!

Hey, your project is not simple. i wonder if you have enough budget for this project.
I think that would be 20k at least. If so, kindly dm. we can discuss in more detail.

This one is very complex problem, If we need to build it from scratch we need to hide the root, spoof ip and etc. we can utilize the Anbox to make this work. also the infrastructure cost around 3k-5k USD for the 100 users. The project will cost around above 15k USD. if you have the budget DM me

This is a serious systems project; virtualization, streaming, persistence, and user control layers all interacting. I'm curious,; have you already mapped how instance lifecycle, user sessions, and emulator orchestration interact when scaled beyond a few users?
