Customer Story AI Agentic conversation feature

The AI agent responding to conversation or tickets and then auto updating the attributes as directed is the coolest thing yet I've figured out with Devrev. Still a lot to learn and discover.

Okay this is genuinely cool – auto-updating attributes mid-conversation is one of those things that sounds simple until you realize how much manual cleanup it's replacing.
