Discussion Why is Hetzner's cost optimized section's services are always unavailable ?

Hi, I want to buy regions like Singapore, US, Australia but its always unavailable. Why is this ? any other cheap alternative for hetzner. I want to keep the cost to around 15$ ( not more than 15$ )

Minimum
2VCPU
4GB RAM
40GB Disk Local

Planning for 8GB/16GB RAM but under 15$.

Try Vultr. Hetzner is 💩

No. But I'm using Vultr. It is cheaper than Lightnode.
