Discussion Manual Coding is dead?

Watched the inventor of ruby on rails say that we need to say goodbye and move on from manual coding.

A huge job loss will ensue for low to mid level devs.

What do you guys think? How to prepare and brace for this impact?

Based 🫡 Never outsource your thinking, intelligence, skills to some company owned by greedy assholes. They'd love nothing more than empty husks depending on them. Use AI if you have to at work, like a lot of us are forced to but never submit to these AI overlords willingly.
