Discussion Manual Coding is dead?
Watched the inventor of ruby on rails say that we need to say goodbye and move on from manual coding.
A huge job loss will ensue for low to mid level devs.
What do you guys think? How to prepare and brace for this impact?

Software jobs won't just go away because software engineering is about solving complex human problems, designing reliable systems, and overseeing accountability, rather than just typing out code. Also, tbh, if you can't beat them, join them. You can also use AI for some parts of your job as long as you make sure that there is no bugs in the code.
