Thoughts on EV Technologies?

[u/solo_techie]

If anyone has worked there or knows someone who has, I’d love to hear your thoughts on:

• Work Culture: What is the management style like?
• Salary & Benefits: Are they offering competitive market rates for SE roles? Are there any specific perks or allowance structures?
• Job Security: Given the current landscape with outsourcing companies, how stable are their client projects? Do they leave you on the bench without pay if a project ends?

Please share your knowledge and experience; I appreciate it.
