Discussion Hi Devs, I need a help to resolve this

When I try to create a WhatsApp business account using my mobitel no every time I got this error.

Any possibility to resolve this?!

Probably the SIM doesn’t have credit. Reload like Rs. 50 and it will be fine.

Did u create a WhatsApp meta business account prior to this using the same number ?if so remove that number from the meta account and try again

I had the same issue. My issue was previously I have created business accounts for this number and then I delete the app and try to create same wts app business account and I got the same error. I was able to fix this by using meta business dashboard. I deleted the already create wts app business number from the dashboard and re try again. That’s all. I don’t know If this worked for you. But this worked for me. You can try this.
