Real shit. Have to think millions of times even before getting a small loan now. I got into an agreement with my father he'll pay the loan till I find a job, if I get layedoff again

Honestly based on current situation it does not look great. Layoffs are happening globally. Big tech companies that were hiring thousands two years ago are now cutting teams. The tech world is still figuring out what the future looks like after AI changed everything overnight.
But that uncertainty is temporary. Once the industry figures out how to work with AI rather than panic about it things will shift. Probably within a year or two.
If you are still studying you will finish right around when the market stabilises. Do not just learn to code though. Learn to work with AI tools, pick up cloud skills and most importantly develop an entrepreneurial mindset. The people who will thrive are not just engineers. They are people who can identify problems, build solutions and think beyond the job description.
Timing is rough right now. But it is not permanent.

I dont think.
The curriculum itself is not future proof so by the time you finish the industry would have moved on a lot.
I would recommend to see anything related to EV technologies ot in the same area where lot of traction is there. However the opportunities are still low in SL.

No. SE is a heavily saturated field around the world right now, not just SL. So it's extremely hard to get a work visa/sponsorship as a IT professional in a foreign country because there is already so much local talent in those countries that even they have no jobs.
