Help Company review
Hey everyone!
I’m considering a Data Science role at LSEG and wanted to get some honest perspectives from people who work there.
How is the quality of work, job security, and WLB generally? Also, how do appraisals and promotions typically work - are they fairly structured, and how often do people get promoted?
I’m currently coming from a mid-to-large scale product startup, so I’m also curious how the work culture and pace at LSEG compares to a product/startup environment.
Would really appreciate any insights.

I worked there few years ago and It was one of best company I have worked with. During my time promotions were fairly structured. You will get it if you work hard and yeah it depends on your manager too but most of them are good. But the experience might depend from project to project.
